Turkish coffee tastes powdery for me any advice?

Got a cezve and a a mini wooden spoon

I do actually get a very nice foam with it on top everytime put it overall tastes powdery or too watery

I’m not getting the ratio right?

I watched 7-8 YouTube videos and the best method I found that works for me for the foam is

. Coffee and sugar first and shake cezve a little to mix

. Put it on low heat for 10-15 seconds then take it off and add water

. Mix it then back on stove

I wait until there’s a thickness on top and I spoon it out to the bottom of the cup (but this is mainly black tar like stuff)

Then when it starts to boil and rise I take it off and let it rise again then slowly pour it

Any advice?

▪️ also the black stuff on the bottom of the cup I spoon out during heating sticks there after drinking is that normal?
