Too Many Fines with M2 Burr

I upgraded my Encore to the M2 burr about 2 weeks ago. Since then, I’ve noticed way too many fines and a very uneven grind which has led to bland or bitter coffee no matter which way I brew. I typically brew with Lance Hendricks V60 or Hoffman’s new V60 technique which would historically get me a 3:00-3:30 brew time, now it’s 4:30-5:00.

I reached out to Baratza for help but unfortunately they weren’t much help. I’ve done some searching in the subreddit and have seen people say there are usually fines as the burrs break in but this seems like an excessive amount of fines. Anyone have any tips on how to fix this?

The calibration screw is in the middle window and the washers are set as per the recommended heights.

Here’s a picture of my most recent grind on the 18 setting https://imgur.com/a/LoTDOKS

Thanks!
