The best coffee I ever had is unreachable.

Last week I got some Brazilian coffee from a popular roaster in my city.

I told the guy to grind it fine for Turkish coffee

I immediately made Turkish coffee as soon as I arrive home

And WOW!!

It was the best hip cup of coffee I ever had.

Unfortunately, the next day, it just wasn't the same..

I tried looking online for a way to grind Turkish coffee at home but it seems it's almost impossible to achieve.

So after discovering my favorite coffee, I can't have it except like once a week

I'd buy the baratza encore, but from what I've read it doesn't grind Turkish.

So this is my current dilemma.

What should I do?
