I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Supplier has stopped using sealable bags with a CO2 vent

What do you experts recommend as a storage vessel instead? I've seen containers with them built in, other opinions say a sealed container is fine, so am a bit confused. A 250g bag lasts me about 10 days btw. My supplier has gone fully green and all the new packaging is compostable and not reusable.
