"Super" deep cleaning espresso grinder

Any tips on how I should super deep clean my grinder? I had a small flat burr grinder laying around uncleaned for more than a year and just had dissassembled for an inspection. It was very moldy inside so I vacuumed and cleaned the burrs with a toothpick.

Seasoned the burrs again with some beans but the smell is still really stale and moldy. I'm considering opening it up again for another deep cleaning with some liquid but I'm not sure about that. Looking at some cleaning tablets but I'm not sure how effective they are in my situation since I haven't used them. Any thoughts?
