I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

SCA coffee makers with smaller pots?

Been shopping around for an SCA coffee maker, most of them have way more than I'd ever need as my wife doesn't drink coffee so I am usually only going to drink 3-4 cups at a time. Any recommendations for either:

  1. A smaller, good quality SCA coffee maker?
  2. A large coffee maker that still makes just as good coffee with half pots? (I've heard some of the good one's do best with a full pot and using less sacrifices some of the taste).
