minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Roasting for Moka Pot

So I have green beans from Timor, which Sweet Maria's (Blessed be her name) says is good for espresso.
However, due failing of morals and character on my part, I don't have an espresso maker.
I do have a Moka pot.
So. Should I try an espresso roast and grind, to get something close to the espresso experience of the beans?
Or is there a tweak i can do, to make it work better in a moka pot?
