minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Rinsing moka pot under cold water

For months I have been using my Bialetti moka pot every day and I love it! Everything about it just makes sense and it makes a really good cup of coffee.

I saw James Hoffmann rinse the pot under cold water to stop the brewing process and I wanted to give it a try. I must say IMO this method takes the cup to another level. I can still taste the bitterness but it's not as harsh as before. I feel like there is much more space for the flavours to shine.

Have you tried this method? Did you like it?
