minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Question for any technicians on here

I’m the lead barista at a new cafe opening and I’m running into some issues with our KB90. We have the model without built in scales, and it appears that it’s only giving me the option to program our calibration by pulses instead of by mass, every video I look up shows volume/mass/brewratio while scrolling through the G1 and G2 settings, but all I’m getting is pulse and an option to calibrate pulse, I even looked through the technician menu and still only saw pulse. I can’t remember the last time I worked on a machine without at least mass calibration and can’t imagine a machine like the KB90 doesn’t have that. Maybe I’m in denial, if so please pray for me. Any tips/info deeply appreciated 🤝
