I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Question about hand grinders prompted by YouTube comment about Comandante grind quality

Are hand grinders with high quality conical burrs going to perform worse than electric grinders with similar burrs, or are comments talking about how hand grinders aren't as good based on back when most hand grinders were Skerton/Porlex level? Or alternatively is this just another form of "flat > conical"?

My JX pro has been producing grinds that I think stand their own against some pretty expensive electric grinders which makes sense to me, all the money goes into the burrs vs the money going into the burrs but also electronics and much larger housing…
