Praising Baratza for their great repairability!

I bought a Baratza Encore. It made my coffee delicious! But it unfortunately died, within the warrant window. Might have been my climate or grind buildup or something!

I emailed Baratza support, and we went through some troubleshooting. It was unclear what broke, but it was either the motor or the circuit. So they sent me both a replacement motor and replacement circuit board, free of charge, plus some in-depth repair guides.

The repair was easy, with no soldering necessary on my model, and it fixed up right away. I'm grinding again for delicious coffee!

There's nothing big or surprising for this post. Baratza makes great grinders AND they're as repair friendly as they can be.
