Pourover substitutes when traveling overseas

I'll be traveling to the UK soon but need my daily fix. I do pourovers every morning with high quality beans to start my day but need a travel/airplane carry on-friendly solution when I get to the UK from the states. I've tried a few instant options like Copper Cow, Luminous Coffee's and Ritual's instant coffee, and other types of coffee where you steep them like a bag; I found all of them to be incredibly lacking of the body, complex flavor and caffeine compared to a pourover.

Does anyone have a recommendation for something as close as you can get to a pourover but instant coffee they can recommend that I can travel with? I'm afraid I'll have to resort to Starbucks VIA (or Starbucks shops) to get my caffeine. (Also any awesome third wave shops near the city centers of London/Edinburgh/Dublin are much appreciated.)
