Partner Can’t Stand the Smell of Coffee – Help!

My partner has never been a huge fan of coffee, but it never bothered them to have it in the house. At the beginning of 2021 we both contracted Covid and they developed parosmia (loss of taste and smell), and it's just finally starting to get better. Unfortunately, the smell of coffee is really strong and she says it's the worst smell ever right now. It will wake her up out of a dead sleep and take her hours to fall back asleep. Obviously I don't want to make her miserable and feeling nauseous all the time, but I also love my coffee in the morning.

Is there anything I can do to reduce the odor? Would a single cup Kuerig be more beneficial than brewing a full pot? Any other alternatives I could try?
