Nearly 2g of coffee getting stuck in my grinder and a ton of static. What can I do?

I have a Eureka Mignon Flitro. Since the day I got it there was a ton of static which makes it hard to pour into my V60. Loads of fines too. Especialy since the dosing “cup” is the most awkward shape.

I used some RDT to try and reduce static but stopped since it didn’t really feel like it was helping.

Recently I’ll put 30g of coffee in and sometimes I’ll get nearly 28 out. Really disrupts my workflow.

Has anyone experienced something similar with a grinder? How did you remedy the issue?
