My coffee tastes like wine. What does that mean?

I don't necessarily mind it, it was just kind of wild so I was wondering if it means I over or under extracted, or maybe this is right and happens sometimes. Edit: Seems like the general consensus is that it might be under extracted, which makes a lot of sense now that I think about it (if I need a total of 250 g of water, I've been using some of that as ice and then the remaining X% as hot water that goes through the grounds (for example, 100g ice, 150g hot water). I'll change it up and see what it does or if I prefer it wine-like. Thanks all!
