minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Larger baseless cone brewers?

Hey everyone,

Often enough I find myself brewing for multiple people and my little size 2 v60 just can't comfortably hold more than 55g of ground coffee. So I'm looking for something larger. Now obviously, there's the size 3, but here's the catch:

Because of some quirks of what I'm brewing into, I would really prefer a brewer that does NOT have a flat base to hold itself above the rim of the container. (I don't mean no flat-bottom brewers; I just mean I don't want a flat circular type base jutting out at the bottom.)

I was looking into the Origami but those are pretty small, so I'm not sure it would work for brewing something like 75g of coffee. Any recommendations?

EDIT: alternatively, a brewer with a larger base than the v60, I guess.
