minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Kalita Wave 185 @ Vario+ Steel Burrs

I am trying to dial in with the Kalita wave and Vario+.

I have calibrated the Vario+ to grind on the finer side.

I am grinding a Columbian Honey Raised Bed coffee from Onyx Coffee. It’s approx 2 weeks old but has been aging in a sealed container with a co2 filter.

I am currently stuck between 4f, 4g, and 4h.

At 4f my draw down time is approx 4 minutes At 4g I’m at 3:30 minutes At 4h it’s closer to 3 minutes

I can’t seem to get the taste profile “right”. All 3 settings above aren’t bad, but they aren’t “right”

Any suggestions?

Edit 1:

Lowered the temperature to 200 from 205, and 4g actually tastes almost right
