minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I'm pretty sure this is a popular opinion already, but just in case other people do what I did and search "AeroPress reddit" after getting one 🙂

The recipe is from this video.

I grind at a 16 on my 1zpresso JX and either add oat milk and ice or 160-170 degree water for an Americano style drink.

I've gone above 18g (keeping the 1:5 ratio) but you start to get limited by the size of the AP.

Note – I don't have the Prismo attachment (yet!) So I don't know how that might change my opinion.
