Ideas against dryness in aftertaste – V60

Hey all, there is this colombian coffee I am brewing, which dries my tongue during the end of sip. Other than that, the cup is delicious with a lot of sweetness and little bitterness.

Setup: Medium roast Water 97C 20g in, 320g out

2:20 min brewing time (30s bloom with 50g water, then increasing to 150g, 10s wait, last 70g in with a little swirl)
