minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I was born without a sense of smell, but I’ve been drinking coffee over half of my life. How can I enjoy it better?

So, this isn't a temporary loss of smell due to COVID. I've never been able to smell anything. I can still taste basic sweet/savory/etc., but you could blindfold me and put roasted garlic in my face and I wouldn't know. But I can tell that something is there if you add that garlic to a meal.

For coffee, I can't smell it. At all. But I can kind of taste differences with different roasts and possibly different brew methods. The "mouth feel" is still there and obviously my brain enjoys the caffeine dose.

I mostly get coffee from three local roasters + Onyx (which is less local, but available in a few places here). It's not the most high end, but I think all four are good. Though, Onyx seems hit or miss with this sub.

Does anyone have any suggestions for enjoying coffee without a sense of smell? For example, do different roasts (light vs dark), flavors (fruity or chocolatey or nutty), or brew methods rely less on smell? I think I can taste some things more, but I don't want to influence any responses

This is kind of a weird post, I know. But, I'd love to refine my coffee tastes a bit more and would love any suggestions!
