I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

How to get into coffee that isn’t just pure sugary drinks?

I don’t like any drinks with caffeine unless they’re full of sugar, but I’m so tired all the time and I really want to like “purer” coffee for the caffeine without inevitable sugar crashes like you get from tasty Starbucks drinks. I love mochas and frappes, but I don’t know how much they’re actually getting me caffeinated. And they’re definitely not healthy.

How can I wean from mochas to other coffee drinks with slightly less sugar? What sort of drinks might I enjoy that are similar?
