minimum dose size?

How many tablespoons of coffee do you guys typically go through in a single day?

I was trying to sort of get a handle on my caffeine intake and was just curious if my usage was average or not.

I have a little Oxo single cup pour-over device, and usually I use two tablespoons of ground coffee per cup. Typically I make two cups of joe every morning (four tablespoons total across those two cups), and then for my third cup I do one tablespoon of regular and one tablespoon of decaf. So I’m getting about 5 tablespoons per day.

Google tells me the average tablespoon of coffee has anywhere from 60 to 140mg of caffeine so the variance is pretty wild. I could be getting 300mg or I could be getting 700mg!

Just curious how much you guys take in each day, just to sort of get a pulse on my own intake and whether it’s normal or excessive.

Thanks!
