minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Hoping i wont be roasted (haha nice) out of existence here, but you all seem like nice enough folks. I know the burrs are usually more of the thing for fine grinds, and i like my french press coffee on the course/medium border which i understand is the way to go, french press wise. What say you, coffee aficionados? What should i do?
