I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

has anyone out here tried brewing chicory blended coffee ?

I recently bought a specialty blend coffee (80 % coffee 20% chicory) and have been struggling ever since to brew it right. With Moka pot, it turns out to be extremely bitter and acidic while brewing with French press gives it a watery, light-bodied taste. The one I had at the cafe was heavy-bodied, sweet, and a little acidic…..with an almost espresso-like consistency.

Does anyone has any experience with chicory blended mixes…..also do you guys prefer chicory blends ??
