Got my first gooseneck kettle about a week or so ago… Holy crap is my coffee better, even without much practice!!

minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Got my first gooseneck kettle about a week or so ago… Holy crap is my coffee better, even without much practice!!

I always thought I made a great v60 with my regular kettle, but a gooseneck is a crazy improvement. I had to grind slightly more coarse as at first I was getting some over extracted flavours, but now it's like a whole new world of flavour. I can wholeheartedly reccomend anyone who enjoys a pour over to grab one when they can. It's 100% worth it.
