I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Flow Control Disk (NFC) for the Baratza Encore

I was inspired by this video to try the niche flow control disc with my Baratza Encore. The original disk seemed too big so I remodelled it to fit the Baratza Encore without removing the wing nut. According to Niche, it's supposed to create a more consistent flow of beans to the burrs to prevent popcorning and improve grind consistency. I've been getting good results using it.
