I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I ordered $300 in gear from Fellow two weeks ago (Jan 2). One part of the order showed up that week but the other didn't so I sent support an e-mail asking about it. They told me that the order would ship Jan 9 because their team was focusing on preparing for 2023. It never shipped, and I followed up again. They said they would look into it and get back to me but never did.

Since it's been 2 weeks and I want a coffee maker and they can't provide an ETA, I asked for them to cancel the order and refund me. They are now saying they think the package is lost somewhere "in transit" (despite UPS never having received it) and that Fellow does not offer order cancellations.

I feel like they let me down big time. Just warning everyone else out there.
