I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I've been using Lavazza Crema e Gusto coffee, which contains arabica and robusta. Recently, after watching a documentary on Illy, I bought Illy Classico, which is 100% arabica.

I expected the only differences to be flavour and level of caffeine. I indeed saw differences in flavour and strength. But the effects also seem different.

The Lavazza Crema e Gusto seems to create more rushy body feelings at first, and Illy Classico seems to affect my body less obviously, while still significantly affecting my mind. Also, when Illy Classico wears off, I get anxiety that I don't get when Lavazza Crema e Gusto wears off.
