Does anyone have a work pour over setup? Let’s discuss!

My break room at work has a pretty large counter so I'm planning on working out a V60 setup. I have a v60 with carafe, scale, bonavita ($37, crazy). My two breaks are only 15 min or I could try to do it during my 30 min lunch break, but do y'all have any recommendations for workflow? Ways I can shave off some time and still have good coffee?

I went through a few tries to get good coffee at work but nothing seems to stick. Tried bringing coldbrew (it's okay but not my favorite flavors), nanopress, nespresso, keurig. So, I would love to achieve this dream of doing pour overs at work and sharing the world of good coffee with my coworkers. Thanks!
