I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I’d like to get more into the alchemy side of coffee but I can’t find a good chart for converting grams and tbs per parts of water. I’m also a heathen and mostly make it “cowboy style”, right in the tin kettle over the stove, but I lack consistency. So I’d like to have the same taste each time.
