I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Coffee Grinding for Consistent Taste

I’m newer to the coffee game. I have been grinding beans from a local roaster and have loved their offerings. However, 1/10 cups, there is just a cup that is…wow. I can smell it after grinding the beans and before I place them in the filter…I know I’m about to have one of those “wow” cups.

I am confident it is the grind that is maximizing my experience. So question:

For drip…what grinder or process should I follow to get that “wow” cup more often/consistently?
