coffee grinder for one handed people?

Hey everyone, does anyone know of any coffee grinder models (electric ones prefered) that are easily usable with one hand? I want to get one in time for Christmas for my partner and we tried with one standard electric one – where you would need to hold the main body while rotating the stainless steel bowl and he found it impossible to use it as he would need 2 hands for it. Any suggestions or example are very welcome 🙂

Thank you in advance!

Wow so many answers, I didn't expect that. Thank you everyone for your inputs especially useful for someone like me that doesn't know much about coffee! Also to save others more clicks – its for espresso grind and also my initial budget i mentioned was £150 but don't mind saving for a bit more if good quality.
