Can no longer handle caffeine, how to rebuild a tolerance?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Can no longer handle caffeine, how to rebuild a tolerance?

When I was younger, I drank caffeine almost daily with no problem (soda, tea, coffee, etc). I don’t think it ever gave me a “boost” the way everyone describes, but I enjoyed the taste. A few years ago, I developed a sensitivity and even decaf makes me lightheaded.

Would love to try rebuilding a tolerance to caffeine so I can at least enjoy the occasional coffee without needing to lay down. Would just toughing it out and drinking coffee daily do anything?
