I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I was drinking 7-10 cups of coffee every day for years. One month ago I decided to stop. The first few days were so hard but managed to overcome the symptoms. When I was drinking coffee I usually got up at 8 am but now, I can't. It doesn't matter how loud my alarm clock is. I simply can't wake up. Now I wake up around 1 pm. Why does this happen? Did someone experience it?
