I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

There are many, many incredible books about coffee after it leaves the place of origination, but most of the books I've seen barely gloss over the cultivation process. I've seen nothing about terracing, the climate requirements, how the shrubs affect soil acidity, impacts of different fertilizers, etc. I am relatively new to the coffee industry and believe learning the basics of coffee cultivation is really crucial for my next steps in the business. Any recommendations for where I should get started?
