Best espresso/cappuccino maker

Hi everyone! I’ve been a longtime user of V60 for black coffee, and currently looking for a coffee machine that can make me the creamiest cappuccino with excellent extraction of espresso. I am not a trained barista, so slightly intimidated by the classic Breville, which I believe does the best espresso?

I am very unlikely going to drink espresso straight, so the flavour on its own is less important to me. I want to make great cappuccinos and lattes.

Does anyone have experience using GE Cafe Affetto as well and how does this compare with the espresso extraction vs Breville for example?

EDIT: budget under $850 willing to get second hand options
