I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Baratza Encore grinding problem even after replacing the burr holder

A burr flange had broke off on my Encore (not sure how), but even after replacing the ring with a brand new one it's still giving me an awful grind? Big chunks, takes forever etc. I'm pretty sure I've mounted it correctly, it's very simple… and yes I'm making sure the red tab aligns and everything when reassembling. What could cause this? I'm out of ideas
