I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Are there any modern production french drip style coffee pots or filters besides Vietnamese Phin filters?

After reading about them and how such metal and ceramic filters used to be not that rare in the 19th and early 20th century and seeing one being used in Jean Cocteau's Orpheus, I'm kind of curios about buying one but all I have found so far, besides Phin filters about I'm not entirely sure how decently they replicate such filters with their very slow drip rate, are vintage models selling for absurd amounts as antiques.
