minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Am I being taken advantage of? (Roaster)

So I work at a specialty coffee shop in Georgia as the main roaster, I.e. 5 days a week, plus I have started sourcing our green coffee. I have SCA training to an intermediate level and do a ton of research at home. I currently make $12 an hour plus tips, which roughly equates to $15 an hour. Does that seem right? I feel like I’m being taken advantage of here

I want to have a long and prosperous career in coffee and I don’t want to receive any backlash in the future for this post.
