Air compressor + cold brew = cheap, DIY nitro cold brew?

At my job we use pneumatic tools almost every day and air compressors are ubiquitous. This got me thinking: Air is about 80% nitrogen. Why not hook up a small compressor with an inline filter to a plastic bottle of cold brew with a carbonation cap in order to dissolve air into the cold brew?

Apparently there’s a company called NitroBrew that uses compressed air for nitro cold brew, so I wouldn’t think there would be a problem with using air instead of pure N2. This setup could probably be put together from scratch for about $100, most of which would go towards the compressor. Would it really be that easy?
