Advice for new enjoyers from a recent addition to the group addiction.

In the last 6 months or so ive gone from hating coffee to loving a v60 and trying every kind of maker that isnt an espresso machine on my own. My v60 method with a consistent results has been 19 clicks on a timemore C2, 20 grams of coffee, water right off boil, rinse the filter, add my coffee 40-50gram bloom, wait till you get to 30 seconds, then before a minute pour too 120 grams, after a minute but before 1:30 pour to 220, then 1:30-2:00 we’re reaching 320 grams giving it a stir, gently just to knock anything on the side of filter down, finishing around 2:30 every time. I think a true light roast of an Ethiopian or Columbian coffee is the best for introducing people, but truthfully anything you can get your hands on that was roasted in the last month is what i would buy. Fresher roasts have a better flavor, than something with a roast date from a year ago.
