A Whole Bean Coffee that Meets These Criteria

For several years, I've purchased Lost Colony's Rainforest Blend whole bean coffee. It was a solid medium roast. But they've changed how they roast it, and it's more like a dark roast now. Anyway, I'm looking for a new bean that meets the following criteria.

  1. Affordable. I'm not looking for the amazing but expensive stuff
  2. A true medium roast
  3. Something that I can order in larger quantities (like 1.5 to 3 pounds) and will keep.
  4. Arabica preferred. And definitely not a Columbian bean.
  5. A whole bean

Thanks for your suggestions.

note: I edited the post bc I mentioned having beans with oils but learned that oils are actually a sign of over roasting. Took that out to refocus the post on suggestions 🙂
