Is there a way to decrease the goat/cow smell of unwashed coffee?

The flavor is interesting but we have a hard time with the smell. I spent some time on a farm in my youth and I can best describe it as drinking a good cup of coffee while mucking out the cow shed. We are still trying to decide if the most recent bag has more of a goaty smell.
