I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Accidentally making and drinking cold brew concentrate

I think I may have been accidentally making cold brew concentrate and drinking that straight by accident. When I looked up what ratio to use, I saw a couple sites say 1:8 so I’ve been doing 80 grams of coffee to 640 grams of water. But by browsing this sub and seeing a few other sites it’s been saying that’s a concentrate. What’s the correct answer. And if I just want to brew cold brew ready to drink what ratio should I use?
