I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Is Cold Brew more forgiving for Stale Beans?

So I have some coffee that was roasted on 10/2 that I didn't finish within the ideal freshness window. I brewed a pour over with them and while it wasn't a bad cup, the flavor was notably not entirely there.

Would using them for Cold Brew turn out the same or would it be a bit more lenient in regards to the flavors?
