so I found a curious coffee cheese

minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

so I found a curious coffee cheese

I wish I could add a picture, but I found this cheese by "Emporium Selection #BUTFIRST" and the cheese flavor is "coffee". It's artisan cheddar cheese rubbed with espresso and lavender, and self allegedly an award winner. I think it sounds super cool. I don't ever get fancy cheese, but it sounded so good with the espresso and lavender! Although the more I think about it, the lavender is…new. I like lavender for many things, but I've never eaten it before. Anyways, has anybody tried this cheese before? How is it? Do you eat it alongside coffee? I'm super stoked to try it, but it's new, so I consider (myself, and) the cheese curious. I'd love to hear from everyone here. 😁
