minimum dose size?

Coffee while traveling

I'm visiting my in-laws for a week over Christmas break, and want to bring my own coffee instead of using their Keurig. I'm contemplating on what to take with me to brew.

Current setup is :
Baratza Encore Grinder
Bonavita Gooseneck Kettle
Chemex
V60
Aeropress GO

I have some fresh Gesha beans I bought at a local roaster I want to drink on Christmas morning, plus some other good beans I've bought in the last few days that I would like to take and drink throughout the week. Should I pre grind and just take my Aeropress? Or lug the grinder/kettle in a tote and just use my full setup?
