I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I don't know why I haven't been doing this, but one night last week I had a few extra restless minutes, so I went ahead and prepped and programmed the coffee maker for the next morning.

And let me tell you. Something seemingly small and insignificant really changes the way you start your day.

Instead of waking up saying, "Ugh, I have to get up and make coffee," you wake up with, "Ooh! I have coffee waiting for me!"

Pretty great for Morgenmuffels.
