Anyone know of fine robusta certified brands?

minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Anyone know of fine robusta certified brands?

So, my mom does not like Arabica coffee. It’s too acidic from what I understand. But she loves Folgers. She doesn’t like anything that is more expensive and I’m pretty sure she just doesn’t like arabica coffee. So I want her to try fine robusta coffee to see if she enjoys that. (I’m also a little curious). Anyone know of any good brands? Also what brewing method works best with robusta coffee to bring out its qualities? I generally use pour over but unsure if that’s the best way to go about it.
