minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

1zpresso k-ultra or electric grinder

For quite a long time I’ve been dreaming to have a Niche Zero, but lately I saw some reviews that, despite his amazing workflow and easy use the coffee profile that it produces is not that superb.

So, my guess is… should I go for a 1Zpresso k-ultra/max/plus or should I spend 500€ (ish or more) for an electric grinder??

I will use it for both espresso (La Pavoni) and filter (v60, kalita, orea, aeropress…)
